Notes on Purchasing

To ensure that as many customers as possible can enjoy shopping with peace of mind, we have established the following rules regarding product sales methods and store operations. We kindly ask that you read them thoroughly before visiting our store.

1. Purchase Restrictions and Checkout
To make limited stock available to more customers, purchase limits are set for each product.

Regular items: Up to 2 items per customer per transaction
Trading items: Up to 20 items per customer per transaction
* Purchase limits may be changed or removed without prior notice depending on sales conditions.
* Only one transaction per entry is allowed.

Number of transactions: Up to 1 transaction per customer per day
* Please understand and cooperate that repeat purchases by rejoining the line are strictly prohibited.
2. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available at our store:
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit Card (lump sum only), Transit IC cards, E-money, Barcode payments
3. Waiting around the store and entry restrictions
・To avoid inconveniencing nearby stores and passersby, waiting overnight or from early morning is strictly prohibited.
・Spontaneous customer queues will be considered invalid under any circumstances.
・In some cases, numbered tickets for entry may be issued via the LINE app "mogily". Please check our X account for details.
4. Product Stock and Specifications
・Products may have their release dates changed or sales canceled. Additionally, your desired product may be out of stock; we ask for your understanding in such cases. Please check our X account for information on product restocks.
・Product images are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may differ in design, color, specifications, etc.
・Purchasing products for resale purposes is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
5. Requests Regarding Returns and Exchanges
・To prevent trouble, please be sure to confirm your purchased items and transaction details on the spot.
・Returns and exchanges after purchase are not accepted, except in the case of product defects. Please carefully check the size and type beforehand when making your purchase.
・For defective trading items, it is not possible to specify a particular design (character) for exchange.
6. Other
To alleviate congestion in the store, please follow staff instructions. If you do not follow instructions, we may refuse your service.
Our store does not offer a home delivery service (shipping acceptance) for purchased items.
